We are hiring a SW Team Leader to our R&D

The position can be performed in either RAD's Tel Aviv or Beer Sheva office , and is hybrid up to twice/week.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 5 developers.
• Leading the design and implementation of innovating Network features and capabilities.
• Managing the delivery of SW development releases.
• Lead the analysis and resolution of Customer challenges

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering/EE/other relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of R&D experience in leading SW engineers
• 4+ years of SW development experience
• Experience with C\C++ programing.
• Knowledge in Ethernet protocols and Networking.
• Experience in VxWorks operating system - advantage.
• Working on systems including L2 and L3 protocols and TDM networks - Advantage
• Knowledge in Linux - advantage.
