As a Backend team leader you will Build our elite backend team and manage them while maintaining hands-on experience in Backend Engineering (Python), Big Data, and Data engineering development.

Responsibilities:

• Leading cloud native backend team.
• Managing and optimizing scalable distributed systems on the cloud (storage, servers, API).
• Designing robust APIs.
• Optimization of applications for scalability and performance.
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a team leader - a must.
• At least 2 years of experience in backend-end server development using Python - a must.
• At least 5 years of experience in backend-end server development using Python, Scala, Go, or Node.js, of which at least 2 years of python programming experience.
• Proficiency with one or more cloud platforms - AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs
• Significant Experience in scalable microservices architectures over the cloud (aka GCP/AWS).
