About The Role

We are looking for a brilliant and highly motivated Head of AI who is a passionate technological leader, with strong interpersonal and managerial skills. As the Head of AI, you will be taking end-to-end responsibility for our AI domain – the team, strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will work closely with all of our product and development teams to identify, prioritize, and design AI-driven features, and will be in charge of their end-to-end research, development, integration, and deployment at scale. You, together with your team, will conduct research, identify trends, and explore new methodologies to enhance the performance, efficiency, and scalability of our AI systems, while leveraging the latest tech to push the boundaries of innovation in product and bring the most value to our customers.

Requirements:

What You Bring To The Table

• MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related analytical field (PhD - advantage)
• 10+ years in software development
• 5+ years in leading AI research and development, preferably in a technology-driven, saas environment
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models into production
• Strong expertise machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and data analytics
• Experience in leveraging large-scale compute resources, including distributed GPUs, to train, test, and evaluate models
• Experience in full model development life cycle (MLops, models in production)
• Strong knowledge in Python and machine learning libraries such as OpenCV, PyTorch, or Tensorflow
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS environments
• Strong background in audio/video technologies - big advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to hire, lead, and inspire a team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Publications, patents, contributions to the AI community - advantage
