For our multi-disciplinary team, we are looking for an AI Embedded Lead, who is top-notch professional, self-driven, enjoys working with people, brings a Can -Do approach and experience in debugging & problem solving and most of all - keen on making an impact

You will have the opportunity to lead the development of the innovative SoC embedded system for processing multispectral video and running compute-efficient deep learning models

What Will You Be Doing

• End-to-end responsibility over technology research, design, and definition of the core foundations of the embedded software.
• Work closely with the AI team to implement and optimize both classic computer vision algorithms and deep learning models for efficient low compute on the edge.
• Hands-on implementation and optimization of models for embedded SoC.
• Define the S/W architecture including high and low-level design for challenging new product development.
• Analyze new and existing processing pipelines and develop innovative architecture solutions.
• You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in SolarEdge (HW, DSP, Cloud, Product).
  
  

Requirements:

• Robust SW engineering skills across multiple languages including C/C++ and Python
• Architect embedded AI systems: Design the architecture and framework for embedding AI capabilities
• 3+ years of experience building embedded software/firmware design and implementation.
• 2+ years of experience with video/image processing.
• Experience in the deployment and optimization of deep learning models to edge devices.
• Experience with machine learning software packages (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
• Profound understanding of multi-CPU system design
• Proven track record of building high-quality production software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
