Your job as an SRE Team Lead will involve planning, developing, monitoring, and optimizing our company's Production environment leading a talented team of engineers in agile methodologies. Work with large-scale applications and frameworks, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• You will work with technologies such as Kubernetes, Dockers, Helm etc.
• Design and implement solutions to improve new and existing infrastructure.
• Build monitoring systems, monitor the system’s health, implementing self-healing systems.
• Support production environments.
• Assess existing implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations.
• You will be involved in planning, developing, monitoring, Scaling and optimizing our company's systems architecture.
• Work with large-scale applications and frameworks, and have excellent communication skills.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Russian speaker- MUST!
• Experienced in leading SRE/DevOps teams of at least 3+ years
• A minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role and experience working with public clouds.
• Strong knowledge with Linux based systems, at least 3+ years
• Knowledge and experience with docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes – Preferred).
• Experience with Infrastructure as code, deployments done using descriptive languages such as Ansible & Terraform at least 3+ years.
• Monitoring tools – Prometheus/Graphite/Datadog/VictoriaMetrics.
• Knowledge in various system-level topics – OS, networking, file system management.
• Scripting in Bash and Python.
• OOP knowledge in languages such as Python, Go, Java, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
