As part of your job , you will:

• Lead a team engineers  Wave BLs Development Team
• Sustain and improve the architecture of the application(s)
• Lead hands-on aspects of the development cycle including code and design reviews.
• Coach and mentor the scrum team on Agile principles, practices, and values
• Help \ solve tech. issues or blockers with the team’s technical leaders 
• Communicate with Solution Management and Product Management. Participate in cross-functional collaboration within the organization.
• Promote domain knowledge, system thinking, and product understanding

Requirements

• Excellent social skills
• B.Sc. in software engineering/computer science/Information Systems
• 5+ years of experience as Java Software Engineer
• Experience in Software Design, OOP and Microservices development
• At least 2 years experience of leading small to medium teams with hands-on responsibility.
• Experienced with agile development methodologies
• Experienced with 
• Good understanding of concepts, and hands-on experience in web development
• Familiarity with DevOps processes and technologies 
• High level of English – reading, writing and speaking
