Development team lead

Are you an experienced and talented software engineer with experience with setting challenging KPIs and leading teams to meet and exceed their goals? 

High Lander, a world leader in drone fleet and airspace management software platforms serving clients in a wide range of industries and around the world, is expanding its development team. We're in search of a new team leader for a diverse group of software engineers at various experience levels.

As a development team lead at High Lander, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of software engineers as they develop and refine our drone fleet management and unscrewed traffic management solutions. Your role will involve hands-on coding while also offering mentorship and ensuring team objectives are achieved.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience.

• Proven capabilities in all aspects of software engineering, including acquisition, validation, architecture and design, code and other artifact development, integration, AI, and QA testing. 

• Proven capabilities in team leadership.

• A passion for learning and self-development.

• Strong interest in aviation technology.
