Over the years, the company developed and commercialized medical devices and operated as a publicly listed company on Nasdaq and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.Starting around 2019, Medigus began evolving its business model toward a diversified technology group, acquiring and holding controlling or significant stakes in multiple technology-driven subsidiaries and affiliated companies across sectors such as medical solutions, digital commerce, and mobility technologies.

In 2024, the company rebranded as Xylo Technologies Ltd., reflecting its broader strategic focus on managing and developing a portfolio of technology businesses.
