The solution offers an improvement over commonly used X-ray guidance by relieving the primary pain points of accuracy and radiation exposure.Using its proprietary dynamic online image fusion software technology, VUZE automatically and in real time overlays the positions and forward trajectories of surgical tools seen in standard in-surgery 2D X-rays onto a standard presurgery 3D scan.The only additional hardware required in the operating room is a PC for running the VUZE software.
