Tmura, the Israeli Public Service Venture Fund, is a foundation designed to increase the high-tech community's involvement in nonprofit activity in Israel, with a focus on education and other youth-related initiatives.
The foundationreceives donations of equity from Israeli and Israel-related high-tech companies and, upon a liquidity event, allocates the proceeds to education and youth-related charities in Israel.Over 550 high-tech companies have already completed the process of allocating equity to Tmura, and Tmura has also had exits from many companies including Waze, Argus Cyber Security, Replay, Valtech, Ravello, CyberArk, Wix, eXelate, Borderfree, Checkmarx, Intucell, and XtremIO.
Tmura has generated millions of dollars for the community, which has been allocated to several nonprofit organizations focusing on youth and education.
