Its goal is to see 50% female software developers in the high-tech industry within a decade.The group holds events several times a week across Israel during which participants can come and work on a project, learn a new language, hear an inspiring or technical lecture, or learn to code.

Some members have vast experience in coding, others none at all, but all are welcome to suggest a project idea, find partners, and receive guidance.
