OnePass Medical is a medical device company developing InstaFan, a single-use needle for ultrasound-guided endoscopic biopsies.

The EUS-FNA needle contains two functional parts: a standard (straight) 22-gauge EUS-FNA needle that can be operated like an existing EUS-FNA needle and four additional 25-gauge pre-curved needle tips that can be used to obtain biopsies concurrent with or immediately after using the straight needle.InstaFan enables 3D spread of sampling sites at five different locations in order to reduce false negative results, reduce the time needed to obtain samples, and ultimately save lives.

The EUS-FNA needle helps patients by increasing diagnostic accuracy, and its reduced complexity benefits physicians by enabling less-trained practitioners to perform the procedure.
