NETGEV is a network of high-tech hubs within the Eastern Negev Regional Council that provide practical, technical training in a variety of fields to enable local residents to work remotely.

The project is a cross-sector partnership between JNF; Tor HaMidbar; the Lauder Employment Center; CISCO; the Ministry for Social Equality; and the municipalities of Hura, Arad, and Dimona.

NETGEV is striving to lead in the development of innovative employment opportunities and become a national center for online services.

In addition, by connecting with its strategic local partners and operating activities for the entire region, it also empowers the surrounding communities as a whole.
