MUFG Innovation Partners (MUIP) is the Corporate Venture Capital arm of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG), established in 2019 to drive open innovation by investing in and collaborating with startups globally.

With five funds totaling approximately $650 million in assets under management, MUIP focuses on sectors such as lending, payments, wealth and asset management, capital markets, banking software, vertical software, sustainability, and discovery.

MUIP serves as a gateway for startups to synergistic partnerships with various MUFG departments, aiming to transform finance and provide easier access to optimal financial services.
