Magnus Metal is is developing a new "Digital Casting" process for the manufacturing of large metal parts.

This process involves additive casting technology using a fully digital process, which enables high-volume production of large, complex load-bearing components.

The company's focus is on achieving multi-alloy integration in the same part, full alloy thermal arrest control, dimensional accuracy, and simplification of steel casting for various applications such as vehicles, power-train and engine assemblies, and industrial and tooling applications
