Jain Irrigation Systems Limited (JISL) is an Indian multinational company with manufacturing plants in 28 locations across the globe.

It has been engaged in manufacturing micro-irrigation systems, PVC pipes, HDPE pipes, plastic sheets, agro-processed products, renewable energy solutions, tissue culture plants, financial services, and other agricultural inputs.In 2007, the merger of NaanDan and Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd created NaanDanJain Irrigation, which has been 100% owned by JISL since 2012.

With nine subsidiaries, five international manufacturing plants, and a multinational network of sales representatives, NaanDanJain has a widespread global presence.

NaanDanJain irrigation promotes productivity per unit of resource, resulting in higher crop yields, risk minimization, and the preservation of non-renewable resources.In 2015, JISL acquired the Israeli company Gavish Control Systems.In 2023, Jain Irrigation's International Irrigation Business merged with the Israeli-Singaporean company Rivulis.

Rivulis agreed to acquire multiple overseas subsidiaries, which consist of the International Irrigation Business ("IIB") of Jain Irrigation
