High Hopes Labs has developed a patented technology involving balloons that capture carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

These balloons are capable of reaching altitudes where CO2 is naturally found in a frozen state.

They work by collecting this frozen CO2, separating the carbon as it passes through a payload mechanism at high altitudes, and then returning to the ground where the carbon can be processed further.
