Herzliya Accelerator Center (HAC) is a municipally founded center that conducts an accelerator program focused on smart cities.

The centers main activities center on its urban acceleration program, which includes a co-working space and a platform for meetups where current topics are discussed by experts before a wide audience.Start-ups participating in the HAC accelerator enjoy access to municipal databanks; direct contact with department heads and other professional figures within the municipality; a mentoring program designed to connect participants with successful entrepreneurs in their field; and the chance to conduct a proof of concept (POC) in the city or at partner sites.
