Resugar Molecule is a disaccharide molecule that has an uncanny resemblance to disaccharide sucrose (table sugar).
As such, Resugar Molecule has the same sweetness profile and disaccharide structure as sugar, giving it the same unique flavor and industrial properties but with practically zero caloric value and a very low glycemic index value. In 2022 Resugar launched its first commercially available product, Resugar Synergy, which perfectly replicates the sweetness and properties of sugar while reducing 70% of the sugar content and 50% of the caloric value.
Resugar has commercialized Resugar Energy with Nestlé\Froneri in a new brand of low-sugar, low-calorie ice cream popsicle.
Resugar is currently expanding its customer base, primarily in North America, Europe, and Japan.
