FoodNxt is IFF's (legacy Frutarom) innovation lab.

FoodNxt aims to accelerate tech start-ups in the food, nutraceutical, and functional ingredient sectors, with a focus on developing all-natural ingredients for the global food and beverage industry.FoodNxt provides its start-ups with a wide range of services, including technological assistance, regulatory advice, professional guidance on clinical and technological challenges, business plan and feasibility study preparation, advice on networking with leading global food companies, and help with marketing and communications.Each start-up chosen to join FoodNxt will receive financing of up to $280,000 to reach a proof of concept.

In addition to financial backing, start-ups will benefit from the full range of IFFs know-how, expertise, and corporate synergies.The FoodNxt innovation lab is supported by the Israeli Innovation Authoritys Innovation Labs Program.

This program aims to promote open innovation and enable start-ups at the initial stage of R&D to reach a significant fundable milestone in a relatively short time while providing access to market needs and a supportive framework.
