The company’s first product is a functional protein alternative for methylcellulose and egg.Eggmented Reality was established in February 2022 as a collaboration between Fresh-Start and its partners (Tnuva, Tempo, Finistere VC, and OurCrowd) and Migal.

Eggmented Reality is led by Scientific Co-Founders Dr.

Itamar Yadid and Itai Bloch, Chief Egg Officer Jon Rathauser, and Chief Technology Officer Helit Rozen.
