A global coalition of tech companies, entrepreneurs, angel and institutional investors has unveiled Circles of Dialogue, an online platform and community network dedicated to supporting the Israeli tech ecosystem impacted by the war.

Circles of Dialogue had raised a fund from venture capital funds, angels and institutional investors to help the Israeli ecosystem that was effected by the Haravot Barzel war.
