CaPow

Power-in-Motion for Mobile Robots in Industry 4.0

CaPow develops an innovative Power-in-Motion energy transfer platform that delivers continuous power to robotic fleets while they are in motion, enabling uninterrupted operation and 100 % uptime for automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).

Its flagship Genesis system uses capacitive power transfer through modular floor antennas and an onboard receiver to supply energy en route, removing the need for traditional stationary charging docks and dramatically increasing throughput and operational efficiency.

Continuous in-motion energy delivery also reduces fleet size requirements and lowers total cost of ownership (TCO) for logistics and manufacturing operators by eliminating charging downtime and associated idle time.CaPow’s platform is hardware-agnostic, integrates with a wide range of robot makes and models, and can be retrofitted into existing fleets without significant redesign.

The company positions its solution as a scalable way to boost productivity, reclaim floor space previously occupied by charging infrastructure, and support perpetual robot operation. In January 2026 at CES Las Vegas, CaPow unveiled GEMS (Genesis Energy Management System) — an AI-driven energy management layer that gives operators real-time visibility into consumption, remote monitoring, fault diagnostics, and performance optimization across robotic fleets.

GEMS is designed to integrate with warehouse management systems (WMS), warehouse execution systems (WES), and fleet management platforms to make energy a managed digital asset rather than an operational constraint.CaPow is headquartered in Be’er Sheva, Israel, and is backed by investors including Toyota Ventures following its Series A.

Its Genesis technology is deployed with partners such as Hyundai Glovis, delivering improved uptime for AGV fleets, and through collaborations with integrators like Macrovey to expand Power-in-Motion adoption.
