Baot is the largest community in Israel for women in software positions such as software development, data science, architecture, devops, and various engineering management roles including VPs & CTOs.

The community's mission is to help its members to create meaningful careers and thrive at work, and by that to fight 'the leaky pipeline'.In addition to serving as a professional hub, Baot operates multiple career development programs and manages a daughter community called Hofhot Lemefathot (in Hebrew - becoming software developers).The community has over 4000 members, a meet-up every week on average, 15 programs with 40 program managers and over 300 volunteers.
