Airspan Network Inc. is a 4G/5G RAN hardware and software vendor, as well as a Fixed Wireless network densification solution provider, with an expansive portfolio of indoor and outdoor products.Airspan Networks Ltd (Airspan Israel) is one of the main R&D centers of Airspan.

It was opened in Israel in 2002 after the acquisition of the foreign R&D center Marconi Communications (Israel) Limited, which developed broadband wireless access systems.

In 2005, Arelnet, which developed voice-over-IP network infrastructure equipment and solutions, was purchased by Airspan and later merged with Airspan Israel.
