Venture capital fund established by Altshuler Shaham, founded to invest in development companies in the military technology and weapons field.

Altshuler Shaham is s the anchor investor in the fund, and another investor is the Gadot Chemicals Group.

The fund will cooperate with MAFAT - the Ministry of Defense's Administration for Research and Development of Weapons and Technological Infrastructure.The managers of the fund are the CEO of Altshuler Shaham Global, Moshe Weingarten, and the former partner in the Vintage Fund, Ehud Chai.

The fund will invest mainly in Israeli companies, and its profits will derive from the sale of the companies in their mature stage, as is customary in the world of venture capital.
